This is a reminder that the H1N1 flu is out there and we will be affected as the pandemic moves onward. The Saskatchewan Health website provides information about H1N1. We encourage you to visit the site and become familiar with the preventative measures.

Saskatchewan Health indicates that the majority of cases of this flu are mild and no worse than seasonal flu. The World Health Organization has announced the pandemic is at a Level 6 because of the wide spread nature ofthe flu, not because of its severity. That's good to keep in mind as more people may be affected.

We will continue to obtain advice from Saskatchewan Health and provide further updates as we receive information and direction.

Innovation Place will follow the advice and direction of provincial and federal authorities with regards to a pandemic and the H1N1 flu virus. We will communicate with employees, tenants and suppliers to keep you aware of the situation and the direction received.

At this time, Saskatchewan Health is advising “business as normal”. Should that situation change, we will keep you advised through this website and by direct communications to your administrative contact.

If you or any of your staff start to experience symptoms, we ask that you take all precautions as suggested by Saskatchewan Health. We also ask that you advise Innovation Place, as this will assist us in planning our activities. More information is available at the Saskatchewan Health website
