ag-west bio ceo to be inducted into the canadian agricultural hall of fame

Congratulations Wilf Keller, President and CEO of Ag-West Bio, on being selected as a 2018 Canadian Agricultural Hall of Fame inductee.

On July 4, Wilf and four other inductees were recognized for their outstanding contributions to the agriculture and food industry.

Wilf has spent his 45-year career in agricultural research as an advocate and industry champion in promoting the vital role of science and technology in crop improvement.

Earlier this year, Wilf was featured in the Saskatoon-based publication Bridges as an “economic game changer”, thanks to his efforts in making the Prairies a hub of agricultural development activity. Wilf contributed to the creation of the Protein Industries Supercluster, recently selected for federal funding through the Innovation Superclusters initiative.

The induction ceremony will be held on November 4, in conjunction with the Royal Agricultural Winter Fair in Toronto.
