As the coronavirus situation continues to evolve, Innovation Place continues to review our practices and provision of services to our tenants. 

We are taking direction from provincial and federal health authorities and are closely monitoring requirements to keep our staff, tenants and guests safe in our parks.

Reception Areas - Temporary Closures

Please note our reception areas are now secured and closed to the public. Doorbells have been installed at each entrance for urgent or immediate assistance.

A reduced number of administration staff as well as Maintenance staff will continue to be on site to ensure no service disruption to our tenants.

Food Outlets - Temporary Closures

In light of the current situation surrounding COVID-19, all Innovation Place food outets in Saskatoon and Regina are temporarily closed.

Fitness Centres & Recreational Areas - Temporary Closures

Saskatoon and Regina

In an effort to reduce the spread of the COVID-19 virus, all Innovation Place fitness and recreational areas in Saskatoon and Regina have been closed until further notice. This includes fitness centres, the fitness studio and classes, games room, etc. until further notice. Access to the Garden Park chalet in Saskatoon has also been restricted.

Parking Permits

Regina

Regina tenants: Please be advised that the expiry date of all permanent parking permits has been extended to May 31, 2020.

If you have a temporary parking permit that is purchased on a monthly basis, it will expire as determined at time of purchase. Extensions may be purchased at our office.
