Career Opportunity: Summer Student - Information Technology

If you are looking for an educational and hands-on work experience in Information Technology, We want you to join our team from the beginning of May until the end of August.

Innovation Place is looking for a summer student with our information Technology department.

Your responsibilities will include:

helpdesk support for our employees in both Saskatoon and Regina;
assistance with a variety of projects including desktop computer replacements, new software rollouts and server replacements;
disposal of equipment including desktops, laptops and servers; and
general support to the IT department.

What We Want From You

you are a current post-secondary student returning to school in the fall in one of the following programs:
Computer Systems Technology
IT Support Specialist
IT Network Administrator
Bachelor of Computer Science
you are available to work from early May to late August
you work well alone with minimal supervision or as part of a team
you have strong communication skills with the ability to work with technical and non-technical people
you demonstrate a high level of initiative and accountability
