The Concourse.

Built in 1997, the Concourse was the first building in Saskatchewan to be certified as BOMA Go Green Plus - an award recognizing the building as a leader in environmental design and healthy workplaces.

The Concourse is a two-storey structure designed by Kindrachuk Agrey Architects which includes many innovative design features leading to reduced energy usage, better air quality, more comfortable space and better heating and cooling. Extensive use of stainless steel and copper in common areas enhances the modern feel of the architecture.

In addition to housing technology and engineering clients, the Concourse is home to the Concourse Coffee Lounge, a games room and now, a co-working space.
