Innovation Saskatchewan is responsible for implementing the province’s innovation priorities and helping grow Saskatchewan’s tech sector. Effective April 2022, this includes operation of the Innovation Place technology parks in Saskatoon and Regina.
Once again, Emerging Agriculture will bring together students, entrepreneurs and industry professionals to identify challenges in the ag industry and propose technological solutions.
The 2020 Hackathon takes place January 17 and 18 at the Holiday Inn Express and Suites on College Drive in Saskatoon. In addition to coding, the event includes panel presentations, idea pitches and judging, and ample networking opportunities for attendees.
Emerging Agriculture is a non-profit organization based at the University of Saskatchewan. Innovation Place is pleased to sponsor the sixth annual hackathon, an event that showcases local tech talent and helps grow Saskatchewan's vibrant tech sector.
