Are You A Local Entrepreneur?

The SREDA Go Money Entrepreneurship Competition is for you! SREDA Go Money awards a total of $30,000 cash to promising local entrepreneurs in the Saskatoon region launching fresh ideas.

You should apply to take part in one-on-one strategy development sessions with local business strategists and leaders who will advise and evaluate your business concept and offer you help! This year, entrepreneurs will also receive quarterly business coaching sessions in either business, planning, marketing, operations or financials.

SREDA Go Money ends with a finale pitch competition where you can pitch your business to a panel of local business leaders for a chance to win your share of $30,000!

The Agtech Growth Fund (AGF) is for you! AGF is a research and development funding program designed to accelerate the commercialization of game-changing technological innovations in Saskatchewan’s agricultural sector.

Through AGF, Innovation Saskatchewan, an Innovation Place tenant in Saskatoon, provides non-repayable grants to projects that address a specific industry challenge.

Past recipients include VeriGrain, an Innovation Place tenant in Saskatoon, that was able to leverage AGF funding to advance product development. Read more about how VeriGrain is solving the problem of inaccurate grain sampling.
